Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data on this website in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is provided for information; it is a clear, good-faith baseline and not legal advice.

Data controller

The controller of your personal data is BONOBO SERVICES OÜ (VAT EE102516926), registered office at Lõõtsa 2A, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia. For any data-protection matter you can contact us at info@bonoboservices.com.

What data we collect

We only collect the data you actively give us through the contact form on this website (the Unobo enquiry form): your name, phone number, email address and the message or comments you choose to add. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not sell products through this site.

If you allow analytics or marketing cookies, limited technical data (such as your device, browser and IP-derived information) may also be processed by the corresponding providers — see our Cookie Policy. These are off by default until you consent.

Purposes of processing

We use the data from the form solely to read, reply to and follow up on your enquiry, and to contact you about the products or services you asked about. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

If you give consent for analytics or marketing cookies, the related data is used to measure and improve the website and our advertising campaigns.

Legal basis

Contact form: your consent when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and/or our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and pursuing a possible business relationship (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics and marketing cookies: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can give or withdraw at any time through the cookie settings.

Retention period

We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to deal with your request and, where relevant, for the duration of the resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised — unless a longer period is required to meet a legal obligation. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Who we share data with (processors)

We do not sell your data and do not disclose it to third parties for their own purposes. Your enquiry is delivered to our mailbox at info@bonoboservices.com and is processed on our behalf by our website hosting provider (Vercel) and our email service provider, which act as processors under contract and only on our instructions. If you enable analytics or marketing cookies, the relevant cookie providers also act as processors or joint/independent controllers as described in the Cookie Policy.

International transfers

We aim to keep processing within the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, adequacy decisions.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data and to request its rectification or erasure, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@bonoboservices.com or write to BONOBO SERVICES OÜ, Lõõtsa 2A, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.

Complaints to a supervisory authority

If you believe your data-protection rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in particular the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, AKI · www.aki.ee), or the authority in your EU country of residence or work.

Security measures

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against alteration, loss, and unauthorised access or processing, taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the website or to the law. The date at the top shows the latest version.
